Our client is European Multinational Retailer, it is one of the largest hypermarket chains in the world with business operation ****d in more than 35 countries.
For the succession or a better increase of the current Bakery business, we are urgently looking for Bakery Manager ****d in one of their best stores of Asia in Shanghai.

***61548; Research and Develop new products and fully focus in market sales status./根據(jù)市場(chǎng)的銷售需要研發(fā)新品
***61548; To adjusting in time all the new products textures and flavors in goals to achieve the maximum benefit./在有限時(shí)間內(nèi)調(diào)控品質(zhì)，味道以達(dá)到最佳效果。
***61548; Providing constructive improvement and reasonable suggestion for the existing bakery products./改良現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品線的產(chǎn)品
***61548; Maintaining good relationship with relevant food ingredient suppliers./和供應(yīng)商們建立與維持一個(gè)良好關(guān)系。
***61548; Elaborate, innovate new products for events and festival days./為節(jié)假日研發(fā)創(chuàng)新特別產(chǎn)品
***61548; Provide training course internally of the big company and teach or coach others Bakery Manager for the new products formula/提供內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)及提供員工們新品的配方等任務(wù)。
Qualification/要求:
***61548; At least over 3 years working experiences in Bakery/超過(guò)3年的面包/糕點(diǎn)烘焙工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
***61548; Good English understanding and oral abilities/有良好英語(yǔ)能力會(huì)被優(yōu)先考慮
***61548; Sensitive with numbers and analysis skills/有良好分析力
***61548; Strategy vision and thinking, team work spirit./有遠(yuǎn)見(jiàn)，能有長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)目光，及有良好團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。
